Take Highway 4 to Brentwood. Turn Left at Balfour Rd. Turn Left at Griffith Ln and then go right into the "City Block" shopping center. We are located just past "In-Shape" in the new buildings.

From Oakley & Antioch:
Take the Highway 4 Bypass to Brentwood. Turn Left at Balfour Rd. Turn Right into the "City Block" shopping center just before Griffith Ln.. We are located next door to "In-Shape", behind the Chevron station.
