"Please do not purchase an instrument on-line or at Costco, Walmart or Sam's Club, etc. without checking with a music teacher. There are some great deals on-line, but there are also some very awful instruments. The price may be attractive but you are throwing your money away in most cases. These instruments don't play properly and end up frustrating students. These instruments break down frequently and most repair shops won't even deal with trying to fix them."
